Syracuse China, was founded as Onondaga Pottery Co., made excellent quality china for restaurant, railways, and hotels. This pretty Dogwood pattern teacup and saucer is a fine example. The mark is dated May, 1974. This pattern was made for a number of years. They are very attractive and very sturdy - made to be able to withstand the heavy use of a busy restaurant! Made in Syracuse, New York. American made.
CONDITION: Excellent with no nicks, chips, or cracks. Glaze is good, and very little sign of use.
The cup is 2 1/2 inches high, and 4 inches wide. The saucer is 5 1/2 wide.
