An elegant comport or candy dish or bowl in yellow glass by Lancaster Glass (or maybe their sister company Standard Glass) with a delicate etched pattern known as cut #1200 or Jubilee. It is hard to id this pattern precisely because the two companies, and others, made very similar floral etched patterns. The bowl's rim is scalloped with points.
Lancaster Glass of Lancaster, Ohio was founded in 1908 by a former employee of Fostoria Glass and his son. It was fully absorbed into Anchor Hocking by 1937, and while Hocking continued to use Lancaster molds, Lancaster Glass was no more.
CONDITION: Good with no cracks, chips, or nicks. There are some scratches in the inside of the bowl.
SIZE: 6 1/2 inches wide and 2 3/4 inches tall.
