This excellent issue of Screen Stories Magazine from June 1956 is loaded with great stars and great movies you have heard of. The cover features Grace Kelly in "The Swan", the movie she was making when she started her romance with Prince Rainier. Though it was not her last movie before marrying, this issue came out after Kelly had become Princess of Monaco and refers to her as "Her Grace" on the cover. She had married in April 1956.
Also there is a tribute to James Dean by featuring his movie "Rebel Without a Cause". Dean had tragically died the year before. Another movie featured in this great vintage movie magazine is "The Searchers" with John Wayne, Jeff Hunter, and Natalie Wood, as well as Alfred Hitchcock's "The Man Who Knew Too Much" with James Stewart and Doris Day.
Screen Stories, formerly Screen Romances, apparently, focused on short stories based on movies, as well as celebrity features and photos.
Sadly many of these magazines were mutilated for their covers and movie ads. This magazine is intact.
CONDITION: Excellent - it's like mint. I don't think it has ever been read.
SIZE: It is a 8.5 inch by 11 inch format
