This is a set of 3 pieces of very attractive Royal Standard English bone china - teacup, saucer and plate trio. The back stamp dates the set from between 1930 and 1949. Royal Standard operated out of the Albert Works in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, and was wholly owned by Thomas C. Wild & Son, i.e. Royal Albert. I would date the piece closer into the thirties because of the Art Deco influenced floral pattern. The plate is square with scalloped edges.
An ideal Mother's Day gift, or addition to your vintage tea party.
CONDITION: Very good with no chips, nicks, or cracks. Some light scratching on the plate and saucer as it was clearly used in its long lifetime..
The cup is 2 3/4 inches high, and 3 inches wide. The saucer is 5 1/2 wide and the plate is 6 inches wide.
