Awesome antique postcard of Mt. Tacoma (Mt. Rainier) and Tacoma, Washington. The city is in the foreground, a wooded town with smoke rising from lumbering industry, right on the Puget Sound.
Mount Tacoma was the original native American name for the mountain, and in older books, postcards, etc., it was still often referred to that way, even though it was 'officially' Mount Rainier.
CONDITION: Excellent! Only the slightest sign of wear on the corners. It is postmarked 1904, and originally sent as a Christmas card.
SIZE: 5 inches by 3 1/2 inches.
All my postcards are kept in postcard sleeves. I endeavor to describe their condition accurately. If you require more information please message me.
