Eugene Cunningham, author of the famous "Triggernometry", was first and foremost a writer of western novels dealing with gunslingers and the fight between good and evil. "Red Range" was first published in 1939 by Houghton Mifflin Company. It is a story of young Con Cameron, drifting into Texas from the Chicago stockyards, where he collides into trouble in the tough town of Wild Horse.
This copy appears to be a FIRST EDITION by Houghton Mifflin, but it has a later Grosset & Dunlap dust jacket affixed to it. It is an ex-library copy. Looks like the library thought it would look better with a dust jacket and glued it on.
CONDITION: Good, but spine is cocked, and ex-library, with affixed DJ, and some tape and wear on the DJ, as well as what looks like pencil scribbles.
SIZE: 5 inches by 7 1/2 inches.
