This is a green "Horseshoe" pattern cup from Indiana Glass made between 1930 and 1933 - so true vintage depression glass in a highly desirable pattern. Indiana didn't name the pattern "Horseshoe", they just number it 612. Collectors call the pattern that after the graceful scroll that arches over other elements in the pattern and is reminiscent of a horseshoe.
The green seems to glow under natural light, and under UV light it glows neon green! This color was made by putting a tiny amount of uranium into the hot glass, making it radioactive. However it is quite safe, a very small quantity and sealed inside the glass. Uranium glass is often referred to as Vaseline glass.
